About the role

As an ASIC NPI Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex ASIC backend projects related to New Product Introduction (NPI). You will play a key role in defining the project schedule, monitoring supplier costs, and determining the project scope. You will work closely with various teams to manage and successfully deliver package design, assembly, testing, and qualification activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex ASIC backend projects related to New Product Introduction (NPI), from concept through industrialization to production.

• Define and manage project scope, planning, timelines, and deliverables.

• Monitor supplier costs and ensure budget alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate package design, assembly, testing, and qualification activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery.

• Ensure compliance with project milestones, quality standards, and technical requirements throughout the NPI process.

What we're looking for

• More than 5 years working experience.

• Proven project management skills.

• Experience with ASIC test development & qualification flows.

• Curious, good communicator and a team player.

• Fluency in English.
