Bid & Project Manager

About the role

In this role, you act as the central figure in bid preparation and negotiations, defining viable project baselines, aligning solutions with business strategies, and ensuring a seamless transition to project implementation. You are responsible for structuring, planning, and delivering both the bid and the project phases by consolidating costs, managing risks, and ensuring stakeholder commitments are met.

Key responsibilities

As the Bid & Project Manager, you :

- Lead bid preparation and client negotiations.

- Define project baselines and launch project plans.

- Build, challenge, and validate bid proposals.

- Transition from bid to project phase and launch projects.

- Ensure projects meet deadlines, financial targets, and quality standards.

- Manage stakeholder commitments and legal obligations.

- Conduct project reviews and finalize projects while capitalizing on lessons learned.

What we're looking for

We seek a highly skilled professional with:

- A Master's degree and at least 5 years of experience in project management in a high-tech and demanding environment.

- Experience in an international company; experience in the military and/or aerospace fields is an asset.

- Competences include autonomy, innovative thinking, leadership, effective communication, and teamwork.

- Proficiency in both French and English.

- Comfort with traveling regularly (< 15%).
