Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst with VeroTech, you'll leverage your skills in end-to-end business process analysis to drive meaningful improvements aligned with organizational objectives.

About the role

In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing and structuring business processes, ensuring alignment with BPMN methodology. You'll explore ways to enhance our business architecture with the business architect's collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and model business processes.

• Use UML for accurate information modelling supporting market processes.

• Gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements within an Agile framework.

• Collaborate on solution design and validation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Lead testing and quality assurance activities.

• Create structured documentation supporting business processes and solutions.

• Demonstrate leadership in alignment with business architecture.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.

• Expertise in Business Analysis methods (BABOK, UML, BPMN) and software development is essential.

• Agile experience and Archimate knowledge are pluses.

• Proficiency in English and either French or Dutch (and good knowledge of the other) is important.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Collaborative mindset - Excellent communication skills - Ability to constructively challenge assumptions
