About the role

In this dynamic role, you'll work at the intersection of technology and business to enhance the publication processes and patent workflows of our clients. You'll translate complex business needs into functional specifications and ensure their precise implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

• Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to manage user stories, backlogs, and acceptance criteria.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on requirements and priorities.

• Work closely with technical teams for accurate solution implementation.

• Support project management tasks including planning and risk management.

• Design and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, ensuring business requirements are met.

• Manage data integrity and analyze data related to publications and patent applications.

• Recommend process improvements and scalable solutions.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows and system diagrams.

What we're looking for

We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in handling publications, approvals, or patent processes. Key competencies include:

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

• Organizational and project management abilities

• Experience with workflow automation tools or document management systems

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
