Change Lead – Microsoft 365 & Digital Adoption

We’re looking for a Change Lead to boost M365 adoption and embed a culture of learning and collaboration as part of our client’s digital workplace transformation.

Job description

To support the ongoing transformation of our client’s digital workplace, we are seeking a highly experienced Change Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies. The goal is to drive adoption of M365 tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Co-pilot, etc.) and embed a sustainable learning and collaboration culture within the client’s-IT environment.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the Learning & Change roadmap for Microsoft 365 adoption across teams.

  • Organise and facilitate interactive workshops, training sessions, and learning initiatives focused on:

  • Power BI & data platform enablement

  • Automation with Power Platform (Power Automate)

  • AI-powered productivity tools (Microsoft Co-pilot)

  • Collaborate with IT, HR and business units to embed digital collaboration and learning into daily operations.

  • Create engaging learning paths and support materials (e.g. learning guides, digital playbooks).

  • Monitor progress, gather feedback, and iterate to improve training impact.

  • Act as a Change ambassador within the organisation—guiding teams through digital transformation.

Profile Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager or Learning Lead in the context of large-scale IT transformations.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially:

    • Power BI

    • Power Platform (Power Automate)

    • Microsoft Co-pilot

  • Hands-on experience with organisational change management principles.

  • Ability to facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders, and drive user-centric change.

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch or French, and full professional proficiency in English.

  • M365 Fundamentals certification is a strong asset.

  • Master’s degree recognised under the European Qualifications Framework (EQF).
