Data Business Analyst

About the role

In this role, you will support the Data Manager in capturing and automating data for improved business processes. Your primary responsibility is to understand stakeholder needs, formalize business requirements, and enhance data processes to support vital decision‑making activities.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out data lineage and support data collection, analysis, and automation.

• Gather, clarify, and document business requirements and user stories.

• Analyze data quality and document data flows and transformations.

• Collaborate with IT to validate requirements and oversee implementation.

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 standards.

What we're looking for

We seek an experienced professional with a strong background in data analysis and business processes. Core competencies include:

• Expertise in Business and Operations modeling.

• Intermediate level in Data Transformation and Lifecycle Management.

• Proficiency in BPMN, Change Management, and Test Management.

• Skills in integrated reporting, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and SAP systems.

• Full professional proficiency in Dutch and French, with English professional working proficiency.
