Key responsibilities

Ready to level up your embedded software career by diving into the world of medical tech innovation? As a Design Quality Engineer you support multidisciplinary teams to make sure the devices adhere to medical standards and regulations. Your main tasks are:

• Lead compliance-driven embedded development for regulated medical devices, weaving safety and lifecycle standards into system design.

• Bridge technical teams and quality experts to keep documentation crystal-clear and audit-proof.

• Guide your fellow engineers through regulatory essentials, elevating team skills across the board.

• Improve development practices by spotting inefficiencies and upgrading documentation workflows.

• Contribute to product files that help bring cutting-edge medical devices from blueprint to bedside.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a motivated software engineer with a passion for the medical field. Here’s what we need:

• Master’s degree in embedded software engineering and 3-5y hands-on experience in embedded systems.

• Familiarity with software lifecycle standards (ISO 13485 or IEC 62304 is a plus).

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to connect dots across teams.

• A knack for coaching others and sharing best practices.

• Passion for engineering products that truly improve lives, combined with and an eye for detail.
