Digital SoC Expert Designer

As a leading player in the technology consultancy space, VeroTech is looking for a Digital SoC Expert Designer to lead and inspire our talented engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to take charge of designing high-performance, ultra-low-power digital signal processing modules and contribute to cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment.

About the role

Lead DSP module design and RTL development for ASIC and FPGA, collaborating with system architecture, digital back-end, embedded software and validation teams. Oversee verification planning and activities, optimize design processes, and ensure high-quality documentation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of high-performance digital signal processing modules.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure project success.

• Drive RTL development for ASIC and FPGA.

• Supervise verification planning and activities.

• Optimize design processes through innovative methodologies.

• Contribute to project reports and documentation.

What we're looking for

• MSc or PhD in electronics engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong understanding of digital ASIC-design flow, including logic synthesis, timing analysis, and power estimation.

• Proficient in digital circuit design using (System) Verilog.

• Experience with SoC top level design/sub-systems and low power techniques.

• Familiar with digital verification methodologies and experience defining verification plans.

• Experience with Cadence IC design tools and high-level synthesis methodologies is preferred.

• Familiar with scripting languages like TCL, Matlab, and Python.

• Proficient in revision systems such as Git.

• Proactive, independent, and creative problem solver with excellent communication skills in English.
