Digital Workplace Project Manager

About the role

In this consultancy role, you will lead digital workplace initiatives that improve employee productivity, collaboration, and experience. You will translate business needs into scalable workplace solutions, define scope, budgets, timelines, and success criteria, and keep delivery aligned with governance, security, data privacy, and regulatory expectations. Working with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and senior management, you will coordinate decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear progress reporting to support timely delivery, continuous improvement, and user adoption across the full delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the digital workplace roadmap by translating business requirements into scalable workplace solutions

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business stakeholders, vendors, service providers, and consulting partners

• Oversee execution by managing progress, risks, dependencies, quality, deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution, and provide regular updates to senior management

• Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, security, data privacy, regulatory requirements, and lifecycle management processes for digital workplace tools and platforms

• Evaluate solutions, technologies, and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement and business value

• Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, governance forums and steering committees, and monitor KPIs such as adoption, usage, user satisfaction, and value realisation

What we're looking for

We are looking for a project manager with extensive experience in delivery, strong stakeholder skills, and a solid understanding of digital workplace environments. You combine structured project management, change management, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a complex matrix organisation.

• Extensive experience in project and program management, with expert-level IT project experience, using Agile, PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent methodologies

• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and change management skills

• Broad understanding of digital workplace technologies, collaboration platforms, and modern ways of working

• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, planning, and leadership capabilities

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions

• Proven ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced, matrix organisations

• Native Dutch or French, with professional English

• Recent experience this year with Azure Cloud Infrastructure concepts, Digital Workplace & Productivity Platforms, Microsoft Solutions Framework, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office
