Equipment Project Engineer

We are looking for a junior Project Engineer to support equipment installations in FAB and LAB environments. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-tech settings, where you will help coordinate and follow up on tool installations from preparation to final handover, while learning from experienced engineers along the way.

About the role

As a junior Project Engineer, you will lead tool installation projects, navigating the entire process from investment requests to final acceptance. This role demands a strategic approach to build planning and budgeting while ensuring successful execution and adherence to timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead equipment installation projects from the initial investment request through to final acceptance and handover;

• Build and follow up on project planning and budgets, ensuring timelines and costs stay on track;

• Engineer and coordinate required facilities, including utilities, cleanroom integration, HVAC, and special power;

• Steer and coordinate in-house teams and external contractors involved in tool installation and integration;

• Report on project progress, risks, and milestones to internal stakeholders;

• Ensure all activities comply with strict safety standards in high-tech environments.

• Master’s degree in Engineering;

• Strong organizational skills;

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;

• Problem-solving ("can-do") attitude;

• Safety awareness;

• Proficient in English.
