Expert PMO

Join our team as an Expert PMO and provide direct support to the BE Delivery Lead for strategic alignment and value realization. Be at the forefront of project management, overseeing multiple streams and driving high-impact initiatives.

About the role

In this pivotal role, you'll perform local PMO steering across all streams, manage risks, and drive strategic insights to support executive decision-making. You'll contribute to continuous improvement by refining governance processes and fostering a culture of change adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Perform local PMO steering, including status reporting, risk identification and management.

• Proactively identify and manage strategic, operational, and delivery risks.

• Facilitate rapid issue resolution across silos.

• Constructively challenge plans and assumptions.

• Produce executive-level reporting with insights.

• Support executive decision-making with fact-based insights.

• Define and refine governance on a continued basis.

• Liaise with Global PMO for coordination on steering activities.

• Prepare executive-level support material for project ceremonies and committees.

• Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, representing Belgian project steering in group ceremonies when needed.

What we're looking for

We seek a seasoned professional with a track record in transformation projects involving IT re-platforming and operational model evolutions.

• Senior experience in program/project management.

• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English, with native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English.
