About the role

Are you interested in working in the Semiconductor industry? We are VeroTech, a Belgian engineering consultancy company specialized in R&D projects, currently looking for talented engineers in different sectors! 

Key responsibilities

Join our team as an Analog Design & Layout Engineer. Develop cutting-edge analog blocks and ensure they meet industry standards. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Carrying out floorplanning and top-level routing, taking into account multiple power domains and the unique challenges of mixed-signal design.

  • Designing analog layouts such as PLL, BG, LVDS and IVREF for different projects.

  • Executing physical verifications including DRC, LVS, EM-IR, and other relevant checks for the designed circuits.

  • Performing full-chip validations after dummy fill, along with all required sign-off checks for tape-out readiness.

  • Preparing reports and finalize project checklists upon completion.

  • Delivering all outputs and documentation within the agreed timelines to meet project deadlines.

Job requirements

What we're looking for

We are searching for a detailed-oriented engineer with a strong background in Analog Layout Engineering. Ideally you meet the following requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering and proven experience in designing and integrating various analog blocks.

  • In-depth knowledge of layout design, particularly for TSMC7NM technology nodes.

  • Strong proficiency with EDA tools like Cadence, Synopsys or Altium.

  • Good understanding of Layout-Dependent Effects in deep submicron technology nodes.
