Full-stack Developer Java / Angular

About the role

As a Full-stack Developer, you'll be involved in designing and maintaining application components and web services. Your role will be crucial in developing architecture components and building blocks in collaboration with senior architects or technical leads. Participation in Scrum meetings, technical working groups, and user meetings will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, you'll assist in testing, technical documentation, deployment, and reporting using tools like JUnit and JIRA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business applications.

• Design and implement application components and web services.

• Collaborate in the architectural design of components and building blocks.

• Engage in Scrum meetings and user discussions.

• Assist in testing, technical documentation, deployment, and reporting.

What we're looking for

We seek a seasoned Full-stack Developer with a strong foundation in Java and a flair for frontend development. The ideal candidate should bring:

• Minimum 5-7 years of professional Java development experience, preferably in a full-stack capacity.

• Proficiency in multi-system integration within complex environments.

• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.

• Technical skills in: - Angular (Confirmed) - Java, Hibernate, Jenkins, JPA, Maven, PostgreSQL, REST, SOA, SOAP, Spring Batch, and Spring Framework (Confirmed) - Agile/Scrum, JIRA/Confluence (Junior)

• Additional skills that are advantageous include familiarity with Talend, ZK, Oracle, and Kafka.

• A problem-solver who can rapidly comprehend existing code.

• Solution-focused with excellent customer orientation.

• Strong team player with the ability to mentor juniors.

• Proficiency in Dutch or French, proficient in English.
