About the role

This strategic leadership position involves directing the strategic vision and execution of significant projects within the enterprise applications sphere. Your duties will include overseeing projects from need analysis through deployment support, confirming technological choices, and managing technical design, production, and testing processes. You'll also ensure ongoing management and evolution of current solutions and encourage their internal adoption and effectiveness. Part of your focus will be to supervise, motivate, and develop existing teams while supporting our multi-hub strategy with a strong team foundation in India and Belgium.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the strategic direction of enterprise applications.

• Oversee projects from conceptualization to execution.

• Manage and evolve current enterprise solutions.

• Build and develop a high-performing team across global hubs.

• Continuous improvement by staying abreast of industry trends.

• Forge partnerships and negotiate with vendors.

• Manage financial resources and optimize application budgets.

What we're looking for

We are in search of a dynamic leader with a Master’s degree in IT or equivalent and over a decade of experience managing enterprise applications.

• Experience with SAP and ongoing S/4HANA migration projects.

• Proven team leadership skills in an international setting.

• Expertise in hybrid Cloud, SaaS, and on-premises solutions.

• Strong project/program management capabilities.

• Fluency in French and English; additional languages a plus.

• Multi-country work experience and digital transformation expertise.

• Acumen in data analytics and an industrial environment-first mindset.
