ICT SAP Project Manager - Supply Chain

Lead the transformation of supply chain processes as our ICT SAP Project Manager. Use your project management and SAP expertise to drive innovation and efficiency in this dynamic role where you'll manage a variety of stakeholders and ensure project success.

About the role

As an ICT SAP Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating SAP projects relating to supply chain management. You will define comprehensive project plans, manage vendor relations, and establish project governance to ensure the successful execution and adoption of the SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a comprehensive project plan, identifying deliverables, timelines, resources, and risks.

• Coordinate with and support a dedicated project team to achieve goals effectively.

• Manage ICT vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

• Organize and present at project governance meetings, providing decision-making support.

• Report regularly on progress, budget, risks, and issues.

• Ensure execution excellence in projects in line with agreed standards and methodology.

• Lead change management efforts, including communication, training, and support.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and operational handover before project closure.

• Serve as the primary contact for all project stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• We seek a results-driven leader with extensive SAP project management experience and strong knowledge of supply chain processes.

• Over 10 years of SAP project management experience.

• Understanding of SAP EWM, MM, Finance and Logistics integrations.

• Experience in Supply Chain Management or Asset Management is advantageous.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, PRINCE2, SAFe).

• Team player with excellent motivational and coordination skills.

• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Fluent in English and proficient in Dutch.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools; familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.
