Industrial Engineer

About the role

As an Industrial Engineer at VeroTech, you will analyze production line procedures, formalize processes, and ensure compliance in manufacturing and assembly operations. You'll support pre-series production, enhance current processes, and play a key role in equipment selection. Your work will help streamline production and improve safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and standardize production procedures across all manufacturing lines using best practices

• Formalize core processes to ensure efficient and reliable operations

• Create manufacturing files and detailed assembly work instructions

• Support pre-series builds and product industrialization launches

• Analyze and optimize existing processes to drive continuous improvement

• Select and validate production and assembly equipment

• Train, supervise, and support operators on methods and best practices

• Conduct production start-up audits to verify process conformity

• Draft supplier purchasing specifications

• Provide technical support and support supplier qualification

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of engineering experience in a similar manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of electronic or electromechanical assembly processes

• Basic understanding of electronics or electromechanics

• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 / IPC-A-620 standards

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Clear and effective communication skills

• High attention to detail with a strong improvement mindset

• Good command of English
