Job description
Join VeroTech as an Industrialization Engineer and become part of our community where innovation and people come first. You’ll take on exciting technical challenges and develop your expertise while creating solutions that drive progress across several industries.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring industrial performance and supporting the ramp-up of mechanical products within a challenging, process-driven industrial environment.
Key responsibilities
Technical Analysis & Feasibility: Assess the industrial feasibility of energy systems (power test benches, battery assembly lines, thermal systems) and support technical cost evaluations (ROI, CAPEX, energy efficiency).
Industrialization & Energy Expertise: Define and validate manufacturing processes, optimize energy performance and safety (ATEX, high voltage, thermal), and ensure reliable end-of-line testing.
Internal Stakeholder Management: Act as the technical point of contact for engineering and configuration teams, ensuring compliance of key parameters (power, pressure, charging) with specifications.
Procurement & Sourcing Interface: Prepare technical specifications for equipment (e.g. converters, test benches, climate chambers) and support supplier selection and validation.
Maintenance & Reliability (MCO): Define maintenance strategies for critical energy systems, ensure ongoing safety compliance, and anticipate component obsolescence.
Processes, Standards & Safety: Apply industrialization processes in line with energy-related safety standards and environmental regulations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with industrialization leaders and multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, automation) to integrate energy flows into production.
