About the role

We’re looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join the Intake & Delivery team supporting various projects in the IT Infrastructure/Networking/Data Center domains. You will work alongside 9 Project Managers and 4 Demand Managers in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement are essential to success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure-related projects (networking, data center, etc.)

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals

• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and project reporting

• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies

• Handle negotiations and manage potential conflicts effectively

• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a motivated and communicative team player with a solid technical background and project management experience. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure project management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead, negotiate, and manage conflicts

• Experience working in complex enterprise environments

• Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile or Prince2 is a plus

• Willingness to work as part of a cohesive and supportive team

• Good knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA), Office 365 suite, collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint…)

• languages: Dutch, French, and English (professional working proficiency in all three is required)
