Infrastructure project manager

About the role

As an infrastructure project manager at VeroTech, you will oversee a portfolio of telecom infrastructure projects in a dynamic delivery environment. You will focus on project execution, customer satisfaction, stakeholder alignment and operational follow-up across multiple parallel initiatives.

You will work closely with project leads, design teams, planners, operations teams and customers to keep milestones on track. Your role combines delivery ownership, risk control, escalation management and clear reporting to support reliable infrastructure rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of telecom infrastructure projects from planning follow-up through delivery

• Drive project execution and ensure agreed milestones and customer commitments are achieved

• Coordinate with project leads, design teams, planners, operations teams and customers

• Act as the primary escalation point for project issues, bottlenecks and delivery risks

• Identify project risks, propose mitigation actions and support timely issue resolution

• Monitor project progress and report clear status updates to management and stakeholders

• Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment in a fast-changing environment

What we're looking for

We are looking for a project manager with strong ownership, solid telecom infrastructure insight and the ability to coordinate complex delivery activities with multiple stakeholders.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience

• Experience managing telecom infrastructure projects is required

• Strong technical affinity with network deployment activities such as fibre delivery, civil works, blowing, splicing and infrastructure rollout

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, reporting and coordination skills

• Operational and result-oriented mindset with proven escalation management, risk management and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-changing environment

• English is mandatory; Dutch is preferred and French is a nice to have

• Experience in utility, infrastructure or government-related projects, process improvement or design and operational delivery activities is a plus
