About the role

As a Project Leader - Digital Marketplace, you will be responsible for selecting and overseeing the implementation of a Digital Marketplace—an interactive platform that allows industrial partners to explore and test emerging technologies. This is a high-impact project that contributes to the digital transformation of manufacturing companies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze functional and technical requirements based on stakeholder consultations and your own expertise in app and web development

• Identify and evaluate potential marketplace solutions

• Select the most suitable solution and guide its technical implementation

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including solution owners and IoT teams

• Collect and integrate feedback from future users (industrial partners)

• Prepare a follow-up plan for adoption and long-term usage of the platform

• Deliver a robust, scalable solution aligned with future technological needs

What we’re looking for

• Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering or Computer Science

• Proven experience as a lead developer, project leader, or business analyst in web development

• Strong motivation and clear interest in digital innovation and Industry 4.0

• Hands-on approach with a focus on practical, future-proof outcomes

• Skilled in stakeholder management and translating user needs into actionable solutions

• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

• Proficient in English and Dutch
