About the role

As a System Engineer, you join a multidisciplinary team to design, develop and qualify new products and to provide technical support. You handle multiple projects, working with advanced Model-Based-Design tools, and collaborate with customers to enhance system performance through simulations and demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve algorithms and control laws for various systems.

• Test and assess algorithm performance using analytical methods and simulations.

• Validate and verify algorithms for updates and new designs.

• Integrate algorithms into hardware and improve generated C code.

• Participate in trials, process flight test data, and maintain digital twins.

• Collaborate with various teams and communicate with partners and customers.

What we’re looking for

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Aeronautics, Mathematics, Physics, or Electronics.

• 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience.

• Proficiency in mathematics, statistics, Matlab, and Simulink.

• Strong communication skills and understanding of real-time algorithm embedding in microcontrollers.

• Self-motivated with interest in innovation and ability to work in an Agile environment.

• Plus: experience with high-tech sensors, tool building in C/C++/Python, and industry knowledge of DO-178, ARP4754, or ISO26262.
