Key responsibilities

Are you an experienced engineer with a knack for optimizing production systems and a passion for innovation? Join our team and lead the way in transforming our processes with your expertise! Your main tasks are:

• Develop and enhance production processes for maximum efficiency and safety.

• Create detailed mechanical drawings and layout plans.

• Implement mechatronic systems, machine control algorithms, and ensure equipment safety.

• Oversee equipment assembly and industrial construction projects.

• Work closely with management, design teams, and production staff to solve commissioning challenges.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• 10+ years in engineering design, maintenance, or production environments, paired with an engineering master’s degree.

• Expertise in chemical, food, or semi-automated production processes.

• Proficiency in mechanical drawing, CAD, and layout design.

• Strong skills in mechatronics, machine control, and electrical systems.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
