Your Mission

As a Project Engineer Industrial Applications, you will play a key role in integrating and maintaining customized industrial software applications within a highly automated production environment. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of software applications, ensuring seamless integration with automation systems, PLCs, MES, and monitoring tools.

• Leading small-scale projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with suppliers, developers, QA teams, production, and infrastructure experts.

• Troubleshooting software issues and implementing effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency.

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, including validation and documentation requirements.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across production, engineering, and quality assurance.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• A master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Bioscience, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5 to 15 years of experience in an industrial environment, with knowledge of automation and production systems.

• Familiarity with databases and networking, as well as a passive understanding of software development (.NET, scripting, DevOps, etc.).

• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and lead small-scale projects.

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
