Key responsibilities

Be at the forefront of thin film devices development. Your tasks will include:

• Run and optimize thin film processes under the guidance of project leaders.

• Perform thin film deposition using solution-based and vacuum-based techniques, including spin-coating, PVD, CVD, and ALD.

• Characterize films and devices using physical and optical measurement techniques.

• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to technical reporting.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions proactively.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a motivated junior with an eye for detail and willingness to learn. Here’s what we need:

• Master’s degree or in Physics, Chemistry, (Micro)Electronics/Optical Engineering with a first (internship) experience.

• Hands-on experience with thin film deposition techniques (solution-based and vacuum-based) is essential.

• Willingness to work fully on-site is a must.

• Experience working in cleanroom conditions is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.
