About the role

As a Project Manager, you will help drive innovative solutions, streamline processes, improve data insights and be the bridge that connects business, operations and technology!

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement innovative concepts and solutions to foster business transformation or address current business challenges, closely collaborating with stakeholders (e.g., architecture, commercial, engineering, operational, and regulatory teams).

• Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, specifications, and budgets, and translating project scopes into actionable roadmaps, deliverables, and schedules.

• Act as a key liaison across business, operations, and technology domains, balancing requirements, exploring solution alternatives, and maximizing positive impact for customers.

• Define acceptance criteria for solutions, facilitate change management, ensure smooth implementation, and test solutions where needed.

• Coordinate thorough documentation of solutions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree in a business or technology-related field

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, comprehensive knowledge of business and operational processes, and technical expertise in IT and network domains.

• Exceptional project and stakeholder management capabilities, effective communication with all levels (up to C-level), and a pragmatic, can-do approach to prioritization and execution.

• Experience in change management and/or the telecommunications sector (HFC and/or FTTH) is a plus.

• Proficiency in English, Dutch/French are a plus.
