VeroTech is looking for a Business Process Engineer!

About the role

As a Business Process Engineer, you help improve collaboration between teams and external partners. You ensure structured decision-making, streamlined processes, and effective communication. You analyze current inefficiencies, develop sustainable frameworks, and guide implementation to enhance long-term efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assess existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks and communication gaps.

• Develop and propose scalable solutions for prioritization, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

• Implement improved processes, facilitating alignment across teams and locations.

• Conduct workshops and support decision-making to integrate changes effectively.

• Provide structured documentation, training, and tools to ensure long-term adoption.

• Transfer knowledge and responsibilities to internal teams, preventing ongoing consultant reliance.

What we’re looking for

• 7 years of experience working as an engineer.

• Proven experience in process optimization within technical or software-driven environments.

• Strong analytical skills to define and implement actionable improvements.

• Understanding of software development and testing processes for effective collaboration with technical teams.

• Expertise in change management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-site coordination.

• Clear communication skills to create clarity across diverse teams.

• Experience in documentation, framework development, and training for seamless knowledge transfer.

• Fluent in Dutch & English. Proficiency in French is a plus.
