About the role 

As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships, helping to manage partnerships and ensure smooth delivery of our engineering consulting services. You’ll collaborate with industry leaders, scale-ups, and innovative multinationals to meet their project needs. Together with our dedicated Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a key role in connecting top engineering talent in Belgium with our clients. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Manage client relationships: Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a strong partnership. 

  • Support business growth: Assist in developing new client opportunities while nurturing existing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. 

  • Coordinate project delivery: Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure the right talent is matched to client needs, delivering timely and effective solutions. 

  • Achieve sales objectives: Follow up on sales targets, monitor performance, and take the necessary actions to meet objectives. 

  • Consultant engagement: Maintain regular contact with consultants working on client projects, ensuring their engagement, satisfaction, and alignment with client goals. 

  • Customer satisfaction: Ensure quotations are accurate and competitive while maintaining the highest level of service to our clients.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for 

We’re seeking an enthusiastic professional with the following qualities: 

  • Educational background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commercial, or related fields. 

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role is preferred but not mandatory. 

  • Relationship management: Passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships in a collaborative environment. 

  • Proactive attitude: A self-starter with a “can-do” mentality who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. 

  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. 

  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Dutch or French (fluency in all three is a plus). 

  • Interest in high-tech industries: An interest in engineering, R&D, or technology consulting is an advantage.
