About the role

As a Junior Embedded Software Developer, you will play a key role in programming and optimizing PLC-code for embedded controllers. Your expertise will drive innovative solutions and ensure seamless software integration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize PLC-code for embedded controllers

• Collaborate with product specialists to define and refine functional specifications

• Conduct programming and alpha testing on target systems

• Provide comprehensive documentation and support internal simulator testing.

• Contribute to simulator-based testing and validation processes

What we’re looking for

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics or Electromechanics.

• Experience with embedded systems or PLC programming

• Experience in object-oriented programming

• Fluent in Dutch & English

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to various stakeholders.

• Well-organized and proactive, capable of taking ownership of projects, leading interactions with clients, and effectively managing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
