Junior Project Lead

About the role

As a Junior Project Lead, you get the opportunity to lead large-scale infrastructure projects that are crucial for a reliable electricity supply. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of new electrical installations and connections—from concept to delivery.

You will have the chance to work in a technical environment where innovation, sustainability, and reliability are key. Together with internal teams and external partners, you ensure that every project is executed with strong technical quality, within budget, and according to schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Defining project objectives and technical requirements.

• Designing high-voltage installations and developing preliminary designs.

• Preparing and monitoring budgets and schedules.

• Coordinating on-site execution in collaboration with internal and external partners.

• Preparing tender documents and supporting the procurement process.

• Reporting to the manager and ensuring proper administrative project closure.

• Working autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanics (industrial or civil engineer).

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, but young graduates also welcome.

• Affinity with high-voltage installations and infrastructure projects.

• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams.

• Driver’s license B.

• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a very good understanding of the other language and professional English.
