About the role

As a Litho Process Development Engineer at VeroTech, you will be responsible for driving the continuous evolution of lithography processes. This crucial role involves collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for both internal programs and client projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate lithography process development requests.

  • Design, execute, and interpret experiments for process optimization.

  • Develop and deliver robust lithography processes for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with design teams to define lithography rules and support mask layout development.

  • Lead process, equipment, and material development projects with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Document and transfer validated lithography processes to pilot production lines.

Job requirements

What we're looking for

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong technical background and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

  • Master’s degree in nanoelectronics, materials science, physics, electrical engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience or strong interest in semiconductor manufacturing and lithography techniques.

  • Familiarity with CD (critical dimension) and overlay metrology is a strong asset.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Skilled communicator comfortable working with diverse, cross-disciplinary teams.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; thrives in a multicultural setting.
