About the role

As a Lithography Process Development Assistant, you'll analyze and discuss development requests, create and maintain process flows for lithography experiments, and deliver high-quality processes for both internal and external stakeholders. You'll define and execute projects in collaboration with equipment and material suppliers, document and transfer processes to our pilot production line, and collaborate with fellow team members in a rotating shift system to ensure robust workflows.

Key responsibilities

- Analyzing and discussing lithography process development requests.

- Creating and maintaining process flows for lithography experiments.

- Delivering high-quality lithography processes for internal programs and external customers.

- Defining and executing development projects with equipment and material suppliers.

- Documenting and transferring lithography processes to the pilot production line.

- Collaborating with Process Step Owners and colleagues in a rotating shift system.

- Contributing to initiatives improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in semiconductor manufacturing, engineering, or a related technical field. Extensive knowledge in lithography processes is an asset, alongside competencies such as:

- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

- Knowledge of CD-SEM and overlay metrology techniques.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Excellent communication and engagement skills.

- Proactivity in a team environment, motivating peers.

-Self-motivated and results-oriented.

- Fluency in English.

-Willing to work in a rotating shift system (early, late, and night shifts), including one weekend out of four.
