About the role

In this consultancy role, you will turn lithography process development requests into practical experiments and robust process solutions. You will work on lithography process development for internal programmes and customers, with a strong focus on technical quality, repeatability and reliable transfer to production in a demanding semiconductor manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with process, equipment and material suppliers in cross-functional and cross-company teams, helping to shape and validate development projects. Your work will connect process development, experimentation and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse lithography process development requests and align on the technical direction

  • Design, execute and analyse experiments for process development and validation

  • Deliver high-quality lithography processes for internal programmes and customers

  • Define and execute process, equipment and material development projects with suppliers

  • Collaborate in cross-functional and cross-company teams to advance development work

  • Document and transfer lithography processes to the pilot production line

Job requirements

What we're looking for

You combine a strong academic background with semiconductor process experience, solid analytical thinking and the confidence to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Physics or a related field

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing

  • Knowledge of lithography, CD metrology and overlay metrology is a strong asset

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to generate and communicate data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders

  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently, take initiative and assume responsibility

  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required

  • Exposure to lab work is a plus
