About the role

As a Lithography R&D Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, executing, and analyzing experiments that drive process development. You'll work in synergy with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative lithography processes tailored for memory applications. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing process and integration challenges related to lithography, alignment, and overlay. You'll also have the chance to document your findings and share valuable insights with external clients and within our process teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze experiments for process development.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop litho processes for memory applications.

• Address and solve litho, alignment, and overlay process challenges.

• Document and transfer knowledge to external and internal teams.

What we're looking for

We are seeking a highly organized and eager-to-learn engineer who thrives in a multitasking environment. Ideally you have:

• A PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science with cleanroom experience.

• Experience with semiconductor processing, particularly lithography is advantageous.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English.
