Manufacturing BOM Engineer

About the role

As a Manufacturing Configuration Engineer, you will play a key role in translating engineering designs into manufacturable product structures. You will be responsible for managing and structuring Bills of Materials and ensuring alignment between engineering, production, and ERP systems across multiple production locations

Key responsibilities

• Convert E-BOM to M-BOM and ensure full project component coverage.

• Add manufacturing structure levels (purchasing, inspection, production instructions).

• Transfer M-BOM structure to ERP.

• Register and manage M-BOM changes and ensure traceability.

• Detect and manage E-BOM vs M-BOM differences.

• Standardize production line structures across global sites.

• Structure manufacturing data and statuses in PLM (Windchill).

• Follow internal standards and procedures

What we're looking for

• Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Production Engineering.

• Less than 5 years of experience.

• Proficiency with PLM systems, ideally Windchill.

• Knowledge of ERP workflows.

• Knowledge of E-BOM vs M-BOM and configuration management.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and soft skills.

• French and English proficient.
