Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. You will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of mechanical components and systems across a range of high-tech industries. Your work will directly contribute to the performance, reliability, and innovation of complex products and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo).

• Perform structural and thermal analysis using simulation tools (e.g., FEA, CFD).

• Lead and execute testing and validation activities for mechanical systems and prototypes.

• Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, and performance.

• Contribute to product lifecycle management, from concept to production.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D, quality, and manufacturing.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development in high-tech sectors.

• Proficient in 3D CAD modeling, technical drawing, and mechanical simulation tools.

• Strong experience in mechanical testing, validation, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of materials selection, tolerance analysis, and design for manufacturing (DFM).

• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing principles is a plus.

• Fluent in French or/and Dutch, with English.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
