About the role

Responsible for the efficient introduction of new projects into volume production, ensuring all processes are optimized for quality and operational efficiency. Working closely with engineering teams to define, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and production flows. Ensuring smooth production operations through close monitoring of yield, quality, efficiency, and technical performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the introduction of new projects from engineering into volume production.

• Define, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and production flows.

• Monitor production performance, focusing on yield, quality, efficiency, and technical issues.

What we're looking for

• Experience in production engineering, ASIC manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization of complex technical ASIC products

• Familiar with industrial standards, such as automotive and medical

• Proficient in SPC (Statistical Process Control) and MSA (Measurement System Analysis)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on mindset
