About the role

As an Operations Efficiency Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our operational processes. This involves closely monitoring operations, ensuring critical lots are efficiently managed. You will collaborate with program management to align operational resources effectively, maximizing efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyse large volumes of operational data to identify trends, patterns, and inefficiencies.

• Process Improvement: Propose and implement data-backed solutions to enhance operational processes, encompassing supply chain logistics, internal workflows, and customer service protocols.

• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with department heads and team members to understand operational challenges and ensure solutions are practical and scalable.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in data analysis, operations management, or business intelligence.

• Experience with process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting software.

• Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional proficiency in English, Dutch would be a plus.
