About the role

As a IC Package Design Engineer, you seect and design IC packages based on specific requirements. Your work involves comprehensive analyses, optimizations, and thorough evaluations to enhance the electrical performance and manufacturability of IC packages.

Key responsibilities

• Select and design appropriate IC package types based on specifications and requirements.

• Perform comprehensive analyses of electrical characteristics and identify design limitations.

• Optimize electrical performance focusing on signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC.

• Analyze routing, parasitic effects, and noise issues; propose enhancements.

• Consider manufacturability and cost optimization in design processes.

• Produce detailed reports with diagrams, simulations, and analysis summaries.

What we're looking for

• MSc in electronics or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Cadence layout tools and Ansys simulation tools.

• Experience in 2.5D/3D packaging and backend silicon layout (place & route).

• Strong SIPI analysis skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
