Planning coordinator

About the role

As a VeroTech consultant, you will work in a fast-moving high-NA technology development environment where planning accuracy matters. You will coordinate the flow of multiple parallel experiments, connect customer representatives with the execution team and help keep priorities aligned so milestones remain achievable.

You will also support the practical organisation of resources, logistics and shipment flows between locations, helping to reduce operational risk and improve the way the team works over time through continuous improvement in planning methods, working practices and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple high-priority experiments running in parallel and keep execution aligned with programme objectives

• Plan the availability of wafers, materials, masks and critical equipment across the workstream

• Secure backup resources proactively to reduce operational risk when primary capacity is not available

• Organise the logistics and shipment of materials and assets between locations to support uninterrupted progress

• Act as the main interface between customer representatives and the execution team, aligning priorities and sharing scheduling insight

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiency opportunities and streamlining planning methods and working practices

What we're looking for

We are looking for a structured and communicative professional with a strong supply chain background, initial project management experience and a proactive, service-driven mindset.

• A master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field is required

• 3 to 6 years of supply chain experience is required

• Initial experience in project management is required

• Proficiency in MS Office and planning software, with experience in data analysis, is required

• You are a great communicator with persuasive presentation skills

• Good spoken and written English is required

• You work independently and are flexible, proactive and service-driven

• Industry-specific experience is a plus
