About the role

As a PMO Expert, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing a comprehensive PMO framework, including governance, processes, and tooling. This strategic role is crucial for ensuring the alignment of project initiatives with organizational goals and enhancing project delivery effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Implementing a PMO operating model.

• Establishing governance and decision-making processes.

• Standardizing project and portfolio management processes.

• Selecting and implementing PMO tools.

• Managing stakeholders at the C-level.

• Driving change and adoption across the organization.

What we're looking for

We seek a dynamic and experienced professional with:

• Over 20 years in project, program, or portfolio management.

• Proven experience in PMO implementation and transformation.

• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).

• Experience with PMO tools and reporting (e.g., Power BI, Jira, MS Project).

• Excellent communication and change leadership skills.

• Proficiency in both French and English at a native or bilingual level.
