PMO Support Specialist

Join our client’s team in a pivotal role as a PMO Support Specialist, where you'll provide essential assistance to the Program Manager and project managers in one of the key strategic programs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring structure, reporting, and administrative support within the program team.

About the role

As a PMO Support Specialist, you will be a cornerstone in maintaining and structuring program operations. In collaboration with the Program Manager, you'll manage diverse administrative tasks and facilitate clear communication lines among stakeholders, ensuring smooth program execution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PMO support by creating impactful reports and dashboards, preparing and guiding steering committee sessions, and actively monitoring the program’s risk logbook.

• Prepare high‑quality status updates, presentations, and reports for management and external partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate, structured, and up‑to‑date documentation of all program activities so that information is always accessible for reference and decision‑making.

• Schedule and contribute to roadshow agendas.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

• 0-5 years of professional working experience.

• Initial experience in PMO or project management is considered a strong asset.

• Proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to remain resilient under pressure.

• Team‑oriented mindset combined with a genuine willingness to learn and absorb technical insights.

• Fluent in English, with Dutch as a nice to have.
