About the role

As a Process Engineer, the role plays a crucial part in the lithographic area, focusing on exposures on litho tools and CD SEM measurements.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyzing and discussing lithography process development requests.

  • Writing process flows to enable lithography experiments on complex stacks, and supporting other team members in process flow creation.

  • Delivering high-quality lithography processes for internal programs and customers.

  • Collaborating with the mask design team to generate lithography design rules and data for new test mask design and tape-out.

  • Defining and executing process, equipment, and material development projects in collaboration with equipment and material suppliers within cross-functional and cross-company teams.

  • Documenting and transferring lithography processes to the internal pilot production line.

Job requirements

What we're looking for

We're seeking a driven professional with a background in semiconductor processing or cleanroom environments. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Nanotechnology, Physics, or a related field.

  • Experience in manufacturing and knowledge of lithography as strong assets.

  • Familiarity with CD and overlay metrology if possible.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights for diverse stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Willing to work in shifts (early/late) and one weekend out of four.
