About the role

JAs a Product Engineer you will be instrumental in making our products sustainable. Your role involves resolving yield and test issues, enhancing overall product quality, and striving to achieve zero customer returns. As a Product Engineer, you will develop and validate changes related to processes, suppliers, and acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will drive failure analysis investigations and troubleshoot issues, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Work on yield and test issues to ensure product sustainability.

• Develop and validate changes related to process, supplier, and acceptance criteria.

• Improve overall product quality and reduce customer returns to zero, working hands-on in the lab and with ATE tools.

• Lead failure analysis investigations and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

What we're looking for

We seek a senior electronics engineer with the ability to take initiative and address complex problems. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Master’s degree in Electronics with 8+ years of experience in IC production and testing, who’s able to understand complex ASIC test specifications.

• Expertise in statistical analysis, 6 sigma methodology.

• Programming skills, preferably in Python and C++ for test automation.

• Familiarity with MIL STD for automotive, space, medical, and industrial ASIC qualification.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Flexibility for travel (1 week/month).
