Product Engineer

About the role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to the advancement of product lines. Your initiatives will be invaluable in enhancing product sustainability by addressing yield and test issues and refining processes to achieve a zero customer return goal. This role demands a blend of technical expertise with creativity to navigate complex challenges in electronics engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Make the product sustainable by addressing yield and test issues

• Develop and validate process, supplier, and acceptance criteria changes

• Improve overall product quality and strive for zero customer returns

• Drive failure analysis investigations and troubleshoot issues

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree in Electronics with 8+ years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in digital and analog electronics

• Strong command of statistical analysis and 6 sigma methodology

• Experience with programming languages, preferably Python and C++

• In-depth knowledge of MIL STD for automotive, space, medical, and industrial ASIC qualification flows

• Ability to learn complex ASIC test specifications

• Exceptional organizational skills and resilience

• Strong communication skills, with English as the working language

• Willingness to travel (1 week/month)
