Join our dynamic team as a Program Management Engineer and play a pivotal role in coordinating and monitoring multiple programs and initiatives. As part of VeroTech, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring successful program delivery through effective management and communication.

About the role

In this role, you will actively coordinate and monitor several programs and their associated projects. You will be responsible for setting up systems for status reporting and project monitoring concerning planning, progress, budget, and resources. Your expertise will be crucial in translating project statuses into comprehensive program status reports.

Key responsibilities

  • Establishing and monitoring risk management strategies at the program and stream levels, identifying and reporting risks efficiently.

  • Providing consistent recurring reports to Program Managers.

  • Coordinating streams to ensure alignment with the overall goals and timelines.

  • Setting up and maintaining systems for task management and documentation.

  • Overseeing quality control and providing general stream leader support.

  • Preparing and consolidating information for Steering Committee and other meetings.

  • Managing stakeholder interaction and internal communication effectively.

Job requirements

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in engineering/economics.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management.

  • Well-organized, punctual, with attention to detail.

  • Assertive, autonomous, and adept at managing deadlines.

  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.

  • Familiarity with the energy sector is advantageous.

  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French with excellent English proficiency.
