Job description
Join VeroTech as a program management officer - expert and become part of our community where innovation and people come first. You’ll take on exciting technical challenges and develop your expertise while creating solutions that drive progress across several industries.
About the role
In this VeroTech consultancy assignment, you bring structure and visibility to two critical initiatives in a regulated electricity environment: a flexibility procurement initiative that helps manage excess solar production, and an IT connectivity initiative that explores safer, lighter ways for balancing service providers to communicate through APIs, internet-based options and alternatives to SCADA-to-SCADA links.
You work across IT, security, architecture, operations and MES, and you also interact with external market parties. Your role is to keep the work moving and make sure stakeholders have the information they need to align on scope, priorities and progress.
Key responsibilities
Develop project plans and keep milestones, dependencies and delivery follow-up up to date
Maintain the action, risk, issue and decision logs to keep the programme transparent and under control
Coordinate stakeholder alignment across IT, security, architecture, operations, MES and external market parties
Prepare meetings, capture minutes and track next steps to support effective follow-up and decision-making
Produce status reporting for management and steering committees
Structure governance and decision-making for the IT connectivity workstream
