Program Management Officer (PMO)

About the role

As a Program Management Officer, you will play a vital role in driving the implementation of the improvement roadmap. You will engage with various domains such as processes, tools, governance, data, and competence development. The role also involves overseeing quality-related projects to ensure timely delivery that aligns with our objectives and maturity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on initiatives to improve processes, tools, governance, and competence development.

• Manage quality-related projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and timely delivery.

• Develop and enhance quality processes, including non-conformity management and continuous improvement projects.

• Define and implement practical quality tools like checklists and dashboards.

• Analyze quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.

• Facilitate workshops to promote structured problem-solving and drive improvements.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in engineering sciences, business management, or equivalent experience in a technical environment.

• 3 to 8 years of experience in project support, PMO, process improvement, coordination, or quality management roles.

• Experience in project-based or operational environments, with the ability to manage initiatives end-to-end.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across diverse profiles.

• A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset to translate objectives into actions.

• Fluent in Dutch or French and good knowledge of the other language.
