Project Engineer

Join us as a Project Engineer and become an integral part of our Engineering department, where you will work on electrical infrastructure projects at various voltage levels.

About the role

This role requires you to maintain coherence and quality in project designs and ensure functional integrity throughout project lifecycle. You will proactively assess the impact of new concepts and implement necessary actions, ensuring projects align with planned objectives. You'll collaborate closely with Project Leaders, focusing on the technical aspect while supporting the organizational structure.

Key responsibilities

• Engage actively in projects from the feasibility study phase to closure, liaising among design teams, technical experts, and Project Leaders.

• Contribute to defining the technical aspects and scope of project designs, conducting various technical studies.

• Guide design teams during detailed studies to ensure quality and scope adherence.

• Communicate and report on project progress effectively.

What we're looking for

• A master’s degree in engineering, with a specialization in electrical, electrotechnics, automation, or energy.

• Knowledge of electricity grids will be a plus.

• Fluent in Dutch, with an (very) good understanding of French and English.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

• Analytical capacity to solve complex technical challenges.
