Project Engineer

Join our team as a Project Engineer, where you'll collaborate on challenging electrical infrastructure projects, diving deep into the engineering department's multidisciplinary approach. Your contributions will ensure the technical success and quality of future-focused projects.

About the role

As a Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in shaping the technical direction of our electrical infrastructure projects ranging from 380kV to 36kV. You will be instrumental in the design process, ensuring coherence, monitoring project functionality, and proactively addressing new concept impacts. This collaborative role involves significant cooperation with Project Leaders and fellow engineers, balancing technical responsibilities and organizational strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Leaders and other Project Engineers, focusing on technical details.

• Be actively involved in projects from the feasibility study phase through to completion.

• Serve as the primary link between the design team, technical experts, and Project Leaders.

• Contribute to technical scope and design elaboration, conducting various technical studies.

• Guide the design team during detailed studies to ensure quality and adherence to scope.

• Communicate and report on project progress effectively.

What we're looking for

We're seeking a skilled engineer with:

• A master’s degree in engineering with a focus on electrical, electrotechnics, automation, or energy.

• Knowledge of electrical grids is advantageous.

• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.

• Analytical ability to solve complex technical issues.

• Native level in Dutch, with good French and English understanding.
