About the role

This position is crucial as you bridge the gap between the design team, technical experts, and Project Leaders. You'll play a pivotal role in the technical development of project scopes and designs, conducting various technical studies. Your responsibilities extend to guiding the design team during detailed studies and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Communication and reporting on project progress are essential components of this role, reflecting your involvement in every phase of the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between design teams, technical experts, and Project Leaders

• Conduct technical studies and implement project designs

• Oversee and guide the design team during detailed studies

• Communicate progress and ensure quality control according to agreed scopes

• Focus on overhead lines and towers for connections between substations

What we're looking for

VeroTech is seeking a skilled Project Engineer with a passion for engineering, particularly in electrical, electrotechnical, automation, and energy disciplines:

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience

• Interest and background in electrical, electrotechnics, automation, and energy

• Excellent knowledge of electricity grids is advantageous

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Analytical problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in French, with good knowledge of English and a basic understanding of Dutch
